Institutional Effectiveness
Nursing

Institutional effectiveness is a phrase used to encompass measures of quality at Anoka-Ramsey Community College. Measures of quality may be from external accreditations (e.g., Higher Learning Commission, National League of Nurses, etc.) or from internal processes (e.g., assessment of student learning, program review, etc.). These measures help assure that ARCC is progressing toward, meeting, or exceeding its institutional goals. One of the most important goals is to provide students with educational experiences that help to promote a lifetime of learning. The measures outlined in this section of the institutional portfolio help answer the question, “How are we doing?”
